Support Plans and Options

 

Lonehill Systems, Inc., offers several different methods of support, creating a flexible system that gives the customer the ability to tailor their support plan to fit the requirements of different stages of the implementation and training process.

Prepaid hours

Time purchased in advance which can be applied to on-site training, in-office support, telephone support and custom development.  We recommend this method during initial implementation, as the majority of time used will be on-site training.  Hours can be purchased in blocks to qualify for discounted rates.

Monthly or annual telephone support contract

A monthly or annual fee is charged in line with the number of concurrent users of your system.  Provides unlimited telephone and modem support.  Not applicable for on-site training, in-office support or custom development.  Designed to benefit the customer after implementation and training is completed and the company is operating live on their new system.

Pay-as-you-go support

All support provided is billed at the time of service at our full, standard rates.

These methods can be used alone or in many different combinations to ensure the most cost effective and convenient package of support for our customers.
