Training
and Implementation
Comprehensive training and
implementation is essential to the integration of new business
management software into your company. We will assist your
project manager in creating a project plan specific to the needs of
your business, building a time line from installation to going
live. Detailed implementation guides are used in the process,
however, specific priorities will be identified to achieve a tailored
approach to the order in which functionality is introduced.
Training is typically done on a
"train the trainer" basis to minimize the disruption caused
during a system conversion and accelerate user independence. We
have found this technique to be the most efficient, both financially and
in the interest of time.
Lonehill Systems also offers workshops
as a supplement to successful on-site training. We provide all
materials needed for hands-on experience. We allow these
workshops to be extremely flexible to accommodate every user level and any
line of inquiry requested.

Support
In order to meet your support needs as thoroughly
and efficiently as possible, Lonehill Systems offers several different
methods for ongoing support.
Our trained and experienced staff are
here to provide telephone support Monday through Friday, 8:30am to
5:00pm EST. The telephone is answered by a live person to ensure
that you receive the best service and individual
attention. After-hours support is available upon
request.
Online support is also available by
logging on to your system from ours using a remote connection.
This is an excellent diagnostic tool, allowing us to view your system
in real time.
On-site support is also an
excellent option, whether required for more in-depth service and
troubleshooting or for individual or group custom training.

Custom
Development
In the event that your company requires
specific functionality that necessitates customization, Lonehill
Systems, Inc., has a full custom development department to provide
program design and modification services, such as:
- Barcoding/RFID
- Custom product configuration,
extending to Sales Orders and Work in Progress
- Custom reporting using Crystal
Reports, ODBC or SQL Server, including bills of lading, delivery
notes, release notes, trial kitting reports, commission reports,
sales and shipping documents and sales analysis reports
